Am a 27yrs married woman i met my husband june 2011 and we got married dec 2017. Years back when i was still in school i dated another guy around 2013 and 2014 me and this new guy made love and i conceive and that was the first pregnancy i will ever had then, i was confuse cos i dont know who d father of the baby was between the two.I told the two of them,and later after i did my calculation discover that the prevnacy belong to the other guy and not for my husband,i aborted the pregnancy because i was in my 200lvl then my father is very strict. After i aborted the pregnancy i cut off d relationship btwn me and d guy.Fast forward to 2016 i did my introduction and his family were after pregnancy before wedding. we started ttc journey from July 2016, till now nothing good has happened. during course of trying my sis-inlaw called me that she will never make the wedding happen( that was after introduction and after our wedding date had been picked ),She also called me to her house that incase i heard it that my husband has another wife outside our marriage that is better we quite the wedding. Later me and my husband went to hospital we ran series of test in which all my result was ok .but doctor always ask me to escuse him and my husband i dont no what they discussed. we decided to go to register in goverment hospital and we were ask to repeat some test except hsg test,i did and my husband did as well, wot amazed me again is that it was d former doctor we met at my first private hospital we saw and he did the same thing as usuall asked me to escuse him and my husband moreso scan detected that i had PID and he told me not to worry about it. Am Scared i dont no what to do.our TTC joirney is going to 3yrs now and am scared of my sis -inlaw.

Whatever secret the doctor is keeping 'might' be about your husband's health otherwise I see no reasons for him to hide your health issues from you.

Since your hubby is not ready to let you in on the secret, if you're buoyant why don't you go to another hospital to run a full check so as to put your mind at ease.

omololaray did you ask your husband what they discussed? They are clearly hiding something. Why would a medical practioner ask the wife to leave when the issue is about both partners? I've never seen where that is done.

You know your husband better, talk to him cos you both need to resolve this together. Women know how to talk to their men when they need something, do what u need to do. He needs to be on your side and be open. You can equally run tests on your own at a reputable lab to rule out anything on your end.

Sis, ttc journey is best walked togeda with your spouse. Both of you should always be on thesame lane. It makes the journey easier.
From ur story, it's obvious ur husband is keeping sometin from you, probably ur test result or his. As other mamas have advised, please run your test(alone) in another hospital nd get the doc's opinion.
Also, convince your husband to run another test in another hospital too nd make sure u're there when the doctor attends to him, on no account should u excuse them wen interpreting the results.
To ur sis in-law, was she trying to tell u sometin about ur husband?
The Lord will answer ur prayers nd grant all ur heart desires.

@mercyjosh. from my story the doctor was the same doctor i first met at private hospital due to the escuse of a thing ,i later register at general hospital and i told my husband to run another test. only for us to see the same doctor again and he did d same thing but i refuse but my husband told me to escuse them which i did again.My sis inlaw was aware that i had an abortion so she thought i had complication and may b that was why havenot been able to conceive.

my dear your husband needs to do more advanced test. ask him to do a scrotal dobbler test to know y he is not producing any sperm it could be as a result of varicocele known as varicose veins. this happens when there is a shortage of blood flow in the scrotum hence it affects the production of sperm. my husband has this issue but his was low sperm count. but with the drugs he is on now we are seeing visible improvements. also know that if this be dh problem he will have to under go a minor surgery. I don't know your location but if you can try the teaching hospital there where you have urologist that can help guide you guys. don't worry there is hope. and your babies will come just guide your husband in love and you will overcome.
my dh is yet to do the surgery cos no booking space yet. outside the teaching hospital the surgery is quite expensive.

To the best of my knowledge, having used both medications, If u r having problems with ur cycle, primolut N is required 4 that, if u have progesterone issues, duphaston is ur go to. Baby dust to u all

Mild cramp is normal after a miscarriage but if you're experiencing much discomfort then you should see a doctor.

Sorry about that ma. The Lord will give you double for ur loss. Cramps after miscarriage/evacuation is normal for some days. It will relieve you after taking antibiotics. Take lot of water and rest well.

So sorry for your loss dear. I did an evacuation too after a miscarriage and I also experienced cramps. But before I left the hospital, I was given flagyl and some other drugs I can't remember. I really remember the flagyl because it was really stressed that even if I don't take the others, I should not fail to take the flagyl.

Finally a sequel to my last post of low bleeding I thought it was my period. I took a urine and later a blood pregnancy tests that came positive. I went for the first scan but they said it was too early to see anything. Doc placed me on progesterone but the bleeding continued. I did another scan last week and it was a molar pregnancy. Already had an evacuation and now on follow up. It's well with us all. Presently I have problems sleeping at night, I don't have it prior to the evacuation.

Are you being monitored by a doctor? From my little knowledge, you are not suppose to take clomid for more than 3 cycles!

tell the doc monitoring you to check ur progesterone levels, as soon as bfp occurs, it has a trend by which it rises, you should be given progesterone suppositories/tabs if its not folowing the trend.

2ndly have an uterine scan, to rule out growth of polyps and or fibroids, and also to ascertain the competency of the uterus/cervix.

3rdly defects in the sperm or egg could trigger miscarriage if the body detects an abnormal foetus

in the developed world, the samples from the miscarried foetus wud analysed to isolate the root cause.

lastly rhesus factor?
