You can. If her PR card isn't ready at the expiration of your 60days submit like that and wait for ADR.

1. For a person that loves Nigeria so much,you seems to have plenty information about how to run away from Nigeria.
2. You must have been on this thread for a long time for you to know what you know...So why are you here?why do you spend pressure time reading posts when you can easily use it in making Nigeria better
3. Why are you so concerned about how grown up adults decides to spend their money and on what they feel is the best for us.

Bro/Sis many of us are doing well in our career paths we just want to secure the future of our children...is there hope in this country?most people are frustrated into taking this decision...I hope you find peace soon...because Nigeria is not worth this stress you are going through.

I mailed them, got the payment details and did a bank transfer. All the cards I used were rejected too, including a visa gold card.
