62ND INDUCTION CEREMONY FOR NEW MEMBERS

The 62nd Induction Ceremony for New members of the Institute will take place at the ICAN Centre, Plot 12, Kofo Kasumu Street, Lakeview Estate, Phase 1, Amuwo-Odofin, Lagos.

You are hereby invited to attend the Induction Ceremony on Tuesday and Wednesday, November 20 – 21, 2018.

ORIENTATION (STRICTLY FOR ALL INDUCTEES ONLY)
DATE: Tuesday, November 20, 2018 TIME: 8:00a.m Prompt
AWARD OF MEMBERSHIP CERTIFICATES


DATE: Wednesday & Thursday, November 20 & 22, 2018 TIME: 8:00a.m Prompt daily
All inductees must be seated at 9.00a.m. The entrance gate will be shut at 9.00 a.m on Wednesday, November 21 & Thursday, November 22, 2018.

(TWO GUESTS PER INDUCTEE ARE ALLOWED)

DRESS CODE: Formal – Lounge Suit (with a tie)/Skirt or Trouser Suit

(PLEASE NOTE THAT NATIVE ATTIRES WILL NOT BE ALLOWED)



Kindly note that Day One, Tuesday, November 20, 2018 is for orientation where eminent members of the Institute would present papers on different topics. Day Two, Wednesday, November 21, 2018 and Day Three,Thursday, November 22, 2018 are for Award Ceremony where Membership and Award Certificates would be presented to Inductees and Prize Winners for the May 2018 Diet of Professional Examinations respectively.

Guest’s Invitation card would be given to all Inductees on day one, Tuesday, November 20, 2018 during registration. An invitation card admits ONE GUEST ONLY. Please note that an inductee is entitled to come with at most two guests due to space constraint.

Inductees are advised to adhere strictly to these guidelines.

A friend of mine also got that message but i wouldn't know why ICAN has chosen to be selective with the SMS thing coz I and many others didn't get this SMS.

Yes, for those who haven't been notified via SMS or email, you can call NONYE on 08034220624. She's a very nice and polite, she will tell you your induction application status and when you will be inducted, whether on the 21st or 22nd. All you will give her is your registration number. Please only call during official working hours. However, list of successful inductees will be uploaded online on Friday. We are about 1,300 inductees for NOV 2018 induction. See you guys there, mostly my friend HOPE. You can send me a text on 08035136033. Cheers and Congratulations to us all.
