Shouldn't they have been involved,?they are the head of the schools.It would have even been better cos it wud have helped in monitoring d prog in each school

It is a total waste of the nation's resources. It is shameful to tell the world that one of the achievements of this administration is the feeding of school children. Ok, if the FG feeds my child in school, hope they will also give him or her take away for the evening and weekends? Nigerian politicians lacks ideology, and what it takes to make nation great. Sycophants should tell their bosses to think of something else to tell Nigerians in 2019 than this cheap policy.

But for the feeding programs most of the Northern children still not want to have anything to do with Western educational systems rather it is still " makaranta boko haram ne " . As for the critics from the school principals it is because they were not made to benefit from it so the criticism.

This is exactly what it is!! It is not even data driven so in a few years, they will not even be able to report on the impact of the programme. By how many percent did pupil enrollment increase? By how many percent did absenteeism decrease? Literacy rate? Reduction in diseases due to malnutrition? There will be nothing to benchmark the impact of the programme

It is a waste and it will only produce under-fed illiterates
