same thing o, at the LG, they said they don't consider indigene certificate just local government certificate and it's #4500. this people are heartless, and since 2016 I have been using the indigene certificate. well, my prayer is that, I hope the stress worth it at the end.

I am guessing what I have is local govt cert. But you cant have local govt cert if your not from that state na, I have asked around and nobody seems to know state origin cert.

Sorry please, but in my state of origin certificate my local govt and village were clearly written, I didn't know about local govt cert till now, so that means state of origin certificate and local govt indigen cert are different?
