From this numbers above, you are not even the largest Economy in Eatern Africa. So start your battle wih Ethiopia, once you come tops, maybe them we can talk. For now, compete in your region.

Dude keep living in denial and try to regulate some ignorance in you,Kenya's economy is more open and diversified than any other country in eastern and central Africa ranging from tourism,retail,agriculture,proficient human resources,horticulture and we're even now investing in energy.
Ethiopia's economy is of no close to Kenya in terms of advancement except for the national output which is close to that of Kenya's because of their population which is twice of Kenya's.
GDP outputs

Kenya- 90 billion dollars
Ethiopia- 86 billion dollars

Kenya's economy is more of Adam Smith's model and allows everyone to take part in propelling the economic growth including interested foreign investors but still we native Kenyans take huge part in driving our economy because of our large educated workforce which made Kenya's productivity workforce to be ranked first in Africa by UN.

Ethiopia might be struggling to catch up with Kenya in terms of national output and maybe infrastructure but in economic advancement it's still far.
Kenya is the economic boss of the region,even our eastern and central Africa neighbours knows that apart from this Tanzanian ranting his hatred towards Kenya because we're far more advanced than them in everything.

lagos was not planned to accomodate such a large population....abuja is a planned city.....
