Petrobras has assets outside of Brazil ( refineries, drilling and production) while NNPC can't even maintain just one refinery in Nigeria. Oh by the way, Petrobras is semi public.

SINOPEC has assets in Nigeria and other foreign countries.

The only thing NNPC has with those companies are they are majorly owned by governments outside that, they are not in the same leagues at all.
