hello JideSM, I got a message from you guys to download and registered my sim on your app ( My MTN) and I will be rewarded with 500mb to be use for one day, I did and I got the bonus MB immediately, after some minutes , I got another data bonus of 1gig from MTN to be use for a week and I was told to dial*559*4# to confirm the balance, I did immediately and saw the data there.

I expected the 1gig to last for a week and the 500 data bonus on my MTN app to last for a day, but this morning I was surprised that the 2 data has been removed leaving me 0mb... Please I'm confident because the data is supposedly to lasted for a week and not a day.

Please, I just mistakenly blocked my sim when I tried passwording it, now to unlock the sim again, it's asking for my PUK, please what can I do to unlock my sim?

Hi, the *131*65# is a data bundle offer code that enables customers who have not used their lines in the last 30 - 180 days.
If you have dialed the code and it told you that you are not eligible, it means you will not be able to enjoy the offer.
o N100 for 250mb (3 days validity)
o N200 for 1GB (7 days validity)
o N1,000 for 4GB (1 month validity)
Please note that its not issue.

Hello, at the moment, 4G network is available in Abeokuta and Babcock University area. You can visit the MTN office to upgrade your SIM to 4G SIM.

Hello, sorry about your blocked SIM. May I know what the line is requesting for and try the SIM into another phone to confirm what you will see on the phone. Also, forward the number through Private Message for checks.

Hi nurez305, sorry for the inconvenience. Checks done show your line had data bonus from the data bundle you activated, data bonus from the MYMTNAPP you downloaded. The charges was made from the data bundle bonus you had first and it has expired, same with 500MB data bonus you received from the MYMTNAPP download. The reason is because, the Internet charges can only be done from one bonus before another.

Hello JideSM, my mtn line have been saying switched off on incoming calls since 2 days ago. My phone is working fine as I am receiving calls on my glo line as well as calling out on both the mtn and glo line.

Essentially, how to do simswap outside Nigeria... It's possible to cut the Sim, but that's a huge risk considering that the line is finance critical... Or what's the advice for this?

The nature of my job requires me to make a lot of calls daily.

Hello, the N200 for 1gb plan is available to customers who have not used their lines for 30 to 180days. However, I would like to have the phone number in an e-mail message for checks.

Hello falansa, I apologize for this experience. Kindly insert the SIM into another phone, try calling your line with another number to confirm if its the same error message you will get.

Hi WhiZTiM, it will be best that you visit the MTN office with a valid ID card, SIM card and SIM details so as to upgrade the SIM to a Nano SIM. At the moment, SIM swap is not available outside Nigeria.

MTN Pulse is prepaid tariff plan that allows customers make Voice calls for the First 50 secs of the day @ 25k/sec
After the first 50secs of the day(Accumulated spend on calls reaches N12.50k) call rate drops to 11k/sec

I just upgraded my mtn sim to 4G and I was given 4GB to use within 7 days. The problem is that the 4G data given to me is not browsing, I currently have to subscribe for a 1 day plan before I could come online.

Note that 4G network is not yet in my area. And when are you going to roll out 4G nationwide, it is long over due.
