The Isaiah 48:16b , is not a continuous speech from the first sentence of v16 (or even v15 or any preceding verse), neither was the statement attributed to Yahweh or anyone.
By divine inspiration, Prophet isaiah wrote down a prophecy about a futuristic event.
That verse never said Yahweh sent himself ,rather, Yahweh sent some one HE (Yahweh) had endowed with holy spirit.
The prophetic declaration of Isaiah 61:1 perfectly fits Isaiah 48: 16b..

The Isaiah 48:16b , is not a continuous speech from the first sentence of v16 (or even v15 or any preceding verse), neither was the statement attributed to Yahweh or anyone.
By divine inspiration, Prophet isaiah wrote down a prophecy about a futuristic event.
That verse never said Yahweh sent himself ,rather, Yahweh sent some one HE (Yahweh) had endowed with holy spirit.
The prophetic declaration of Isaiah 61:1 perfectly fits Isaiah 48: 16b..

I, even I, have spoken; yea, I have called him: I have brought him, and he shall make his way prosperous. Come ye near unto me, hear ye this; I have not spoken in secret from the beginning; from the time that it was, there am I: and now the Lord God , and his Spirit, hath sent me.
