Don't know where you got yours from. But I don't think a firm will invest money to train people and end up not employing the best minds.
Mind you,they don't employ ALL, just the best. Same thing too for the Trainee jobs.
It's just semantics.

Just so you'll know, they've been testimonials from people who were formally interns with Guinness and now employed.

But funny thing is in the survey they are calling it an interview whereas it's actually an assessment test.
Or am I the only one here who was expecting a digital interview but instead got a series of more or less GMAT based questions?

Not another test.... It's a feedback on my interview experience .... Questions like how was the interview

They said the interview date is 16th November, that is on my dashboard. but I got a mail this afternoon to know my opinion about the interview/assessment experience and it is the second time I am getting it. hope I am safe?

I wrote my own assessment on Thursday 1st of November.
and I got the second mail today.

Let's know whether they are following a pattern here
