Oh you mean her "husband" married an EU citizen to get his residency and then plans to bring her later?
If that is the case, why would someone intentionally marry a conman?

I did not pay in my own case but it took longer than one week before i got a genuine landlady though before then i got contacted by few people including scammers and i viewed two houses.

Facebook is another good tool to use, search for renting in your city and you will see different groups you can join and place an ad or view houses advertise for rent.

Hello house happy Sunday. Ps a friend of mine lives in UK why the wife lives in Nigeria, and she now has five years visa, ps can she be coming to UK every six months to visit her husband, until the hubby gets his permanent resident, he can fill for her . She came to UK and spent six months this year and left around 1st Stember and she is planning to visit by Dec. Ps will they be problem at point of entrance? She never overstayed, just six months and went bk home

Yes she can do that but at some point she is likely to be stopped at POE for some questioning defending on what she put on her application form.

Ps he is not a conman, I am trying to get information, d'nt judge immediately in what u are not sure yet. The man is a genuine man, is just that he came to UK and his ex-partner died and he later claim right of residence and later he has to remarry from Nigeria. He is living happily with the wife, married the new wife in church,is just that he is yet to get permanent stay in uk

Ps dear friends I want to apply for a USA tourist visa this year. How can I go about it? I intend to visit the USA and the UK this year.I want an advice on this issue, my hubby lives in the UK with his work permit while I live here in Nigeria. Is it advisable to tell the consulate officer that my husband lives in uk? I d'nt know if I will be giving visa, if I tell them my hubby lives and work in the UK while I live and work in Nigeria. I av not been able to join my hubby bc he has not gotten his permanent stay in the uk to fill for me, I only visit him in the UK and come bk. Ps I need y urgent advice if I should tell the consular officer that my husband lives in uk. Do I still have chances of getting the USA visa? Ps I await your response friends

I don't like it when people come here to ask question pretending to be someone else, we keep going round and round trying to force you to give a clearer picture and you keep taking us on a loop

I did not judge. My statement is conditional. It is cheaper and probably easier for him to file for you now than later. The rules are getting tighter and it is getting more expensive by the years.

ALL I wanted was to get a 2 bed property in Cambridge ohhhh

The monthly rent is £900

I browsed RightMove and found a property marketed by HAART.

These are the monies thy want me to pay first.

Please my people, how do I get to deal directly with a Landlord?

I need help on tips....

1. Tenancy Set-Up Fee
£330 incl. VAT for one tenant
£78 incl. VAT for each additional tenant

2. Guarantor Referencing and Deed of Guarantee Fee
£78 incl. VAT for each guarantor required

3. Check-In fee £120 including VAT for a studio property + £10 per additional bedroom.

4. End of Tenancy Fees: Extension Set-Up Fee £188.80 incl. VAT

5. Change of Sharer Fee
£330 incl. VAT
£78 incl. VAT for each additional tenant

6. Landlord Reference Fee

For this particular property, you cannot access landlords information (well, not unless you conduct a land registry a and then SM search).......

Landlords go through this loop, to protect their property and rents from rogue tenants .......

Search through other classifieds for other properties for rent (but shine your eyes wella).............

£900 for Cambridge? Is this Cambridge city or in one of the surrounding towns? I've not seen anything good below £1200 in Cambridge. I've given up on living in Cambridge city, considering Camborne and St Ives. Camborne looks really nice with their new houses. I also observed some of the agents in St Ives offer this No deposit option which I'm still studying to know the downsides.
