Bro you said it all, some riders can be funny... I greeted a runz girl good afternoon, her reply was what's good about the afternoon, I didn't say anything. They messed up my car too with their food. I no complain. These kind of people are fond of giving low ratings.

This afternoon I got a request, I called her, she didn't describe her location properly, she cut the call (nah me call oooh). I called her back she started shouting on me and ended the call. Nobody tell me to cancel

I Also a carried a couple this afternoon, I gave them 5 star, the husband was with the wife's phone where the request was made from, he gave me 5 star, the wife said why would he rate for her or give me 5 star, he's reply was, "didn't you see he gave us a five star rating, tit for tat"

Naso one girl crash my Uber rating from 4.92 to 4.83, she was just complaining about everything during the trip she was already agitated.

My ratings fell drastically from 4.8 to 4.7. And this happened for 10 days consecutively with 1 star rating for each day till I found a way around it. I have been smiling since then even with a not so sound vehicle.

Story 1
During one of our installs, the client shared with us how Mr Ayo (not his real name) borrowed his brothers car, and waylaid in the night somewhere in Lagos. Unknown to the thieves, the car had a tracker in it. That same night they tracked the vehicle to a military baracks (apparenntly the thieves had accomplices with military connections). I said it sometimes that rating in Nigeria is useless. During the period my vehicle was in perfect condition, I was getting useless ratings.
But for more than a month that I have bought this portable dvd player, with the vehicle not in a perfect condition, I got only five 4 star ratings and the rest has been 5 star ratings.

Sometimes depending on how smooth the trip was I will say I am rating you 5 star maa/Sir because the trip was smooth and you didn't give me troubles. They usually laugh and say "thank you I will same too"

Some react by saying 'oh thanks I will rate you 5 star too'.
Or some will be surprised and ask 'oh you rate riders too?'
Some will say 'what am I going to do with your 5 star?'
But this method have bee n helpful.
