Ingredients
Carrots
Minced meat
Onions
Celery
Oregano
Black pepper
Scotch bonnet
Salt
Stock cubes
Garlic
Sunflower oil
1/4 flour
1 large potato

Dice all your ingredients
Place a hot pan on the fire, add in oil, add in your onions, garlic and cubes and scotch bonnet pepper.
Add in mince meat break into bits, add in celery. Stir

Add in diced potatoes and carrots let it simmer for about 8mins add in oregano and black pepper.

Mix flour with water and add into the mixture stir and leave to simmer for another 15mins.

Leave to cool and make your pastry

500g flour
250g butter
Nutmeg 1tsp
Black pepper 1fsp
Salt 1tsp
Cold water 1/4 cup
Sugar 1Tbsp

Mix all ingredients together. Place dough in fridge for 30 minutes

When the pastry is out of the fridge. Roll on a floured surface and place in pastry cutter of your choice if yo have one and spoon in your meat sauce.
You can also use a round plate to cut it ou.
Seal edges with some egg wash.

Seal, brush with egg and bake in an oven for 30mins @ 180 degrees Celsius.
