Footwork is an ish among all 4 goalies we have. At least he isn't gonna play Vs Uganda. The guy dey see cash though. He is happier than Agbim was then. lol.

Ederson too has done the midfield stuff before now.

His Opinion....

Nigeria is (one of) the best team(s) in Africa – Uganda goalkeeper Jamal Salim

The cranes of Uganda who are presently getting set for the friendly match against the Super Eagles of Nigeria in few hours had it’s first choice goalkeeper speaking to www.footballlive.ng on his feelings of excitement over the friendly match against the Super Eagles of Nigeria.

"Actually Nigeria is one of the best teams in the Africa i must say.
it’s a great time to expose us to see and how high our improvement level has gone in football is as a National team.
The friendly match against the Super Eagles will be a very good challenge for us to prove to ourselves that we can handle any game that comes our way.
It is a good feeling and we are super excited playing against the Super Eagles of Nigeria .
This time around we are highly prepared and i think our togetherness as players have helped us so much to acquire a good result so far from the unbeaten and not conceding any goal is all about our own playing style and believing in ourselves.
This time around we are not going to go as under dogs. We want to move beyond group stages in AFCON." The cranes goalkeeper concluded.

It could be recalled that the last time the two teams met in Uyo 2015 , the cranes of Uganda won by a lone goal with Vincent Enyeama in goal in that match and Thoephilus Afelokahi was in the bench.

This is not official but it is a probable lineup....

We could have Akpeyi start instead of Afelokhai...

The no.9 is obviously between Osimhen and Success. One of them will start... Unless...

Chukwueze may start.

Simon Moses could play a part maybe from the bench. Not sure as OGN reports he was impressive in the last training session. Also said something about Kalu picking up a little knock so maybe Kalu may be rested but time will tell. In a few hours we will know for sure.

If both Ogu and Etebo are rested then our Midfield will look like the below.

Idowu is surely going to play RB today. Would be interesting to see how it pans out.

Onyekuru and Success both need to start for once. Let Musa rest

Look at Iwobi. No other AM.

I agree with Onyekuru starting. But that depends on Musa.

On Success, it depends on if Rohr won't try out the Osimhen-Chukwueze chemistry we have been reading in camp reports.

And yes, If Iwobi is rested... Then maybe Chukwueze may be tried there. Or you are thinking a second chance for Iheanacho perhaps? I think Nacho may sit out this one and maybe play a part later or maybe in case Iwobi is rested, it could be Nacho starting. I just don't wanna see Etebo as the AM.

Lol... You are right shaa. Our goalies have to improve their ball playing skills. Footwork is an issue right now for them and I hope they can improve on it. It is one of the attributes that made Enyeama so social for us in launching attacks and building from the back.

On Ezenwa being happier than Agbim... Looolll... Na you Sabi that one ooo...

Ederson of Man City and Brazil is a top goalie I must confess and one of the best GKs in the world with the ball at his feet. His distribution and passing are really wow. Not surprised really to hear that he had done some midfield shifts. That is really cool.

lol.

As for friendlies, South Africa Vs Paraguay. I hope the Paraguayans show them the true color of their team. They think the still have Pienaar and tshabalabha.

But seedorf dey try o, Brazil vs Cameroon?

Make we go pick Germany and play friendly now, when last we play them, abi na when first? grin

Missing Enyeama and his talk of confidence and ginger on the field of play. If that can be used as yardstick, Akpeyi wouldn't make the team, cos even Ezenwa screams at his defenders too.

Paraguay Vs SA reminds me of the WC game they had in 2002 I think. Or was it 2002? I think it was 2002 shaa.

Brazil vs Cameroun... Ahhh... I wish Seedorf and his boys the best oooo... Make Neymar and Co no spell Cameroun abeg.

And yes, we have played the Germans before in a friendly. Can't exactly remember the year but we lost 1-0.

Mickael2:

Fulham actually play open football, a striker should naturally have a good day in that team. Is he an outstanding talent? IMO, not by any stretch of the imagination, but is he a huge talent? Probably. At 0-0 I watched him miss a sitter after getting the beating of the expensive Van Dijk, his decision making is still faulty. It was that miss that brought my attention back to him because I remember you in particular said something about him being the best youngster in world football(in your opinion of course and that is perfectly fine), for the rest of the game he was average at best and for a former fullback like Bale, the defensive part of his game was suspect. Of course I deducted all these from the match I watched live in the stadium(but that is just ONE game) but because you have been watching him since he was 16, you have come to his defense and knowing fully well that you have a lot more knowledge than I do I think I have to believe that you saw something special in all of his matches that you have watched.

Now let us come to Samu's case, you have watched just one match, a 10 minute cameo nonetheless(similar to the the number of times I have watched Sessegnon) and you formed an opinion that he isn't so good, meanwhile Guillem(the primary Spanish pundit for Skysports if you watch LA Liga) who has probably watched all his games(a similar case to you and Sessegnon now) is telling you that he is a huge talent, do we still need to watch him over and over again to believe him? If you want me to believe that Sessegnon is an outstanding talent just because you said so and not because of his match that I watched then I think it is only fair that you also believe Guillem's assertions because he said so and forget that cameo he had on that day.

Komekn will always shade a player that is not english born.

I dont want to argue with him because i might throw insults which is uncalled for.

I am not hyping chukwueze, but why will komekn keep on judging a player because of only 10 minute against rangers?

Komekn will never see his villareal b performance, his goal in europa league and his well taken laliga goal, but if samu where to be a naija english born player in the championship komekn will not allow us to hear word

He keeps on calling isaac success a waste man,but solanke is not a waste man.

Komekn might be intelligent but komekn is the most bias person i have seen in this thread.
