WestLion? What hell is that. If you want to find REAL ESTATE data - You need to start from looking at what the likes of Knight & Frank are saying. Knight & Frank is one world largest real estate agency. Find their Africa reports and we can discuss how shitty looking Nigeria cities have any real estate worth talking about. Here is there 2017 report https://content.knightfrank.com/research/155/documents/en/africa-report-201718-4576.pdf It appears not much is happening in your cities - there is an over-supply in economically stressed nation - waiting for the next oil boom. forgiveness: 2 Likes |

Real estate - Knight & Frank 2017 Africa report 1) RETAIL SECTOR: South Africa is by far the largest and most mature retail market in the SubSaharan region, with approximately 23 million sq m of shopping centre floor space, compared with only about 3 million sq m in the whole of the rest of Sub-Saharan Africa. The South African market continued to grow in 2016, most notably through the completion of Atterbury’s 131,000 sq m Mall of Africa, the largest single-phase mall development ever in Sub-Saharan Africa. Outside of South Africa, the Kenyan capital Nairobi has the greatest volume of modern retail floor space in SubSaharan Africa, and it continues to be a development hotspot . The city saw the completion of the first phase of Actis’ Garden City Mall (33,500 sq m) in 2015, followed by the opening of The Hub (30,000 sq m) in the affluent suburb of Karen in 2016. The 67,000 sq m Two Rivers Mall, which is now the largest in Kenya, opened in February 2017. |

Here are the top ten leading real estate firms in Kenya.Jumia is not a real estate company. You sound so uninformed. Those houses are owned by different companies.A loss making firm like Jumia can only advertise houses in its platform. That's all! https://www.theeastafrican.co.ke/business/Jumia-sinks-into--139-3m-loss/2560-4409702-rhekyfz/index.html https://biznakenya.com/real-estate-companies-in-kenya/ darfay: |

forgiveness: This one is exactly the same as the one before. These IQ tests are bullshit anyway and no self respecting African would get excited over them for two reasons. 1. No research is ever actually done about them. Nobody in Nigeria or Kenya or any African country has ever had their IQ tested for the sake of these statistics. 2. They're used to sell the narrative that Africans are unintelligent. Google any of those statistics and you'll realise all the bottom countries are African and the average for the top SSA country is always lower than what they consider as retarded IQ in the west. Don't just feed on all bull.sh.it sold your way. 2 Likes |
