Good morning dear nairalanders, I'm trying to register my business name under CAC, and I've gotten to almost the last stage where it says APPLICATION FOR REGISTRATION OF BUSINESS NAME-#2000. and CERTIFICATE OF REGISTRATION-#10,000. Fear grip me when i saw the prices because i was thinking all I'll pay is just #5000, abi, who doesn't like free things, so my question is, is it compulsory i pay for APPLICATION FOR REGISTRATION OF BUSINESS NAME and CERTIFICATE OF REGISTRATION now? Making all my expenses 17K, and i don't have that amount yet, can i pay the 5K now and pay the 12K later? Thank you in anticipation. Good morning

The company will register it for you with just 5k. No need doing it by yourself.

If u do it with them, the 5k covers everything .

make sure do don't put any number at the portion where is asking for number of certificate and addition /certificated copy or so.
reset any number their to zero and continue .

When i say it at first, i went back to change it to Zero before coming here to ask, but I'm still confused, will i still get certificate if i just pay the 5k ONLY?? Thanks

good day chairman, pls kindly put me through on how to use REMITA for payment on C.A.C website as instructed. av bn avin nightmares paying through REMITA for name reservation. if its available on gtbank internet banking platform kindly put me through as all my efforts to use REMITA proof abortive.

Paying through remote is not as hard as u think, there are options for u to use like, internet banking(ur mobile banking application ), ur card(thats your ATM card), page, banking code(can't remember how its put). I always prefer to use the ATM card, its faster to me. Sorry for replying late, i believe you must have done it by now, nonetheless, if u haven't, here it is

i think its the form that contains all your credentials, on this form is where you append ur signature, then u re-upload it
