Like the heading says, I am a CEO of an ICT enterprise and for obvious reasons I am going to keep the name of my organization under wraps. However, I shall tell you that just like Goodluck Jonathan once said; the choice before Nigerians in the coming election is clear…, for me it is between a government that came with promises and no well thought out plans to fulfill them - yet wants to be returned, and a team who has got a plan and would fulfill them if given a mandate. The choice for me is indeed very clear. As the head of an enterprise with 38 staff across the country, I can without doubt tell how difficult it has been running business over the past couple of months. It has been sheer will and determination that has kept us from downsizing – we actually grew but not at a rate a buoyant economy would have better afforded. I realized what the coming election means for my enterprise and the future of my staff, and so do other CEOs here as well as many employees who will read this piece. And so on Tuesday 20th November, a day after both parties had brought out their agenda and I had digested their thoughts, promises and plans, it became clear to me what the future held given any of the two candidates.
I won’t labour to say much, but from Atiku’s policy plan I had identified a business minded fellow, one who understands business and one who knew what job creation and job sustenance meant – a CEO indeed. And so my path was set, I called my most senior and highly versed admin staff and told him ‘from now on you shall be in charge’, he will be in charge while I shall generally supervise. This had to be done because I needed to go participate more actively on the ground in determining the direction things will go; and obviously online too. So in the coming days, weeks and months, you shall read me breathe down peoples throat; on this platform I will out rightly be annoying, I will be critical, I will be cynical, I will be many things to many – but what I won’t be is mindless. As other bring their side of the story, I shall bring mine, to the end of having my presidential candidate – Atiku Abubakar elected. For every post and comment from me here, know that I will be making equal and probably much greater mobilization strides on the streets. So for all who will seek to insult me, know that I will read, probably may or may not comment and certainly move on. But know that I am not jobless – for every time spent here, my business is probably making so much out there. After the elections are done, I will peacefully return to my enterprise to eat the fruit of having worked with a job creator, one who will be creating an enabling environment for businesses to thrive. That would be my reward. SELECTEDHERO

I'm happy business leaders are heeding our call for more participation in this election. The truth is bitter, Mr Buhari don't have what it takes to move us to the next level.

Anyone can claim to be anything online. Does it make any sense this 'CEO' should hide his identity? This is how they will deceive you online and then Atiku flops at the poll only for you and others to be shouting "rigging".

I guess you are the ICT CEO that has been spamming every space available to paste your hungry looking ICT hub.

If that computer typing center is what you call company then you are finished

Honestly, I wonder why Seun hasn't found a solution to them. Every thread you open, you'll see their adverts. It has gotten to a point that it is ridiculous.

Gentleman, well I will suppose you give them a call and let them know. I guess their contacts are there. I suppose they will be glad to note your opinion

I have noticed you here and how you insult others because of this Buhari matter. Kindly desist from such behaviour and try to be humble. We all know Buhari will win by hook or by crook but you don't have to burn bridges along the way.
