Signed the contract with Remita, the company that is operating the TSA and many agencies were actually receiving monies via the TSA way before Buhari came onboard. Here is the MD of Remita explaining the TSA contract the signed way back in 2011 with GEJ to Buhari in 2015. Infact the company was already processing monies in tunes of Trillions of Naira before Buhari came on board. Buhari actually asked them to return back the N25 billion they've collected over the years as soon as he resumed in 2015. Government should adopt a more wholistic approach to reducing waste in Government of which agencies tasked with anti corruption like ICpc EFcC and police are left alone to do their jobs without government interference

Real reduction in government waste must start from a streamlined budget

Before TSA that is. This was the key driver for the TSA implementation by the GEJ admin.

Same with BVN....people were opening bank accounts with names of dead people and you can't tie it to them in any way. So GEJ and Sanusi brought BVN to clean up that mess.

See you don't fight corruption by parading people on TV. You make your institutions stronger so it becomes difficult to be corrupt within those institutions.
