Blame it on the APC government.
If the government provided jobs that would recruit these jobless youths, where will ISWAP get their recruits from?
This is why we need a man who knows how to create jobs to lead Nigeria.

If there are jobs, they'd be fewer jobless people,
If there are fewer jobless people, they'd be no one for ISWAP and Boko Haram to recruit.

If Boko Haram has fewer foot soldiers, Boko Haram's influence will greatly drop,
If Boko Haram's influence drops, the Nigerian Army can then defeat them.

I stand with Atiku/Obi.
How about you?

It's obvious that your lack knowledge of how ideological beliefs works. Been employed is not a deterrent to religious or fanatical ideologies. Most of this people are well to but abandoned all they have to pursue their devilish and fanatical ideologies

APC said BH was decimated and later claim to have technically defeated them, yet they requested and spent $1b USD on hardwares and ammunitions to combat the supposedly defeated BH, still innocent lives of both military and civilian categories are lost in large numbers on daily basis, this must not be allowed to continue. Every live counts. Enough of APC propaganda!!!

Investigative journalist Ahmad Salkida, who is known to have links to Boko Haram and was once contracted as a mediator between the terrorist group and the Nigerian government, has revealed those behind the attack at the military base which left over 100 Nigerian soldiers dead.

According to Ahmad Salkida, a factional group of the Islamic State West Africa Province, ISWAP, was behind the recent attack that claimed the lives of several military personnel and is set to become the most lethal branch of IS terrorist group in the world.

He further revealed that the factional Boko Haram group, intends to achieve its aim through its current trend of attacks and recruitment.

“#ISWAP in Al-Naba news confirmed that it carried out attacks on a military base in Metele, on 18th and a second one on 19th/20th, when the military went to collect the fallen comrades. In all, the terror group claimed to have killed 100 soldiers.

“If the current trend of recruitments and attacks continues, #ISWAP looks set to be the most lethal branch of #IS in the world. The pace of recruitment today, is almost similar to 2013/14. Today, there is a competition to join Jihadi herd between Nigerians and Francophone youths.

“The current video that is trending online (as pictured here), is not the latest attack in Metele, it is the Zari attack on 30th August and the video was released September 7/8, 2018. Now, the question is, where will #ISWAP or #BokoHaram attack next, because the trend is apparently predictable?” he wrote.

I am too convinced that some of the success stories of Boko Haram over the Nigerian military must be the direct consequence of traitors and saboteurs within the ranks and files of the Nigerian military. All these excuses hold no water for me. Until all those who are sympathetic to the cause of Boko Haram are flushed out of the military, we may yet witness many more ugly incidents like this. It is also not possible for Boko Haram to be more resourceful and motivated than the military of the largest black nation on earth. It's total bullshit for anyone to peddle such theory. No! I refuse to believe it. It is not true. There is definitely more to this nonsense than we are being told. But time always reveal every lie in due cause. Meanwhile young gallant men must fall in battle just to cover up the lies of the evil men behind this insurgent. This is sad. My heart bleeds for these young fallen heroes. Oh, why does it have be like this? Gosh!
I hate it when I hear Nigerians bragging about her most populous black nation theory bla bla bla. Nigeria will never be great unless we address the root causes of her failure. Let us sit and discuss our co-existence as a nation. Restructuring or our separate ways

Niger delta region whose crude oil money is being used to fund this avoidable guerrila war can not afford to continue to fund this human waste both in cash and the countless number of human lives the war is consuming.

A total of 70 to 100 soldiers lost their lives and the Presidency fail to declare a day to mourn this tragedy.

All because President Muhammadu Buhari is busy calculating strategies to win 2019 presidential election.

Only God knows if the families of the soldiers that lost their lives have been contacted and informed of the death of their loved ones.

We all know too well that the military often dig massive grave and dump the bodies of these "KOROFO" soldiers and it is often devoid of military honour.

In most cases the families of serving Nigeria soldiers are never informed of the death of their breadwinner.

On top of that the superior officer create a ghost worker scenarios and be collecting the salaries and financial benefits of the dead soldiers.

The way forward is for the federal government to make peace with the Islamic secessionist that is Boko Haram and their foreign backers to make way for a united nation sponsored referendum in the territory that is controlled by Boko haram.

The present position of the federal government is wrong as they must go to the negotiating table to hold talks with Boko haram.

For the avoidance of doubt, Nigeria do not have the military that can fight and defeat boko haram.

Guerilla war which is Boko haram top selling points to cause mayhem and deaths is a terrible strategies that can not be closed out on a short term.

The International community must force the federal government to schedule talks with the leadership of the boko haram sects to end this carnage.

The whole expenditure for the war is coming from the niger delta region which grossly lack infrastructure and development.

The current position of the federal government must be changed to make for peace and final settlement of the carnage.
