Repair cost too depends on the issue with the phone but none has ever been up to half the market value of the brand new of the phone to be repaired

It was simple to install the Gcam3 apk for pocophone, that's the only reason i bothered. Meanwhile, it can only take 2 photos at a time, after that, you have to hit home key and re-open the app.

Like I said he used it flawlessly for 4days. He obviously knew about it and kept mum. 4 days phone come look like 6 months used, cosmetically sef. It wouldn't be the first tho when customers will indict "factory defects" but xiaomi after sales will always give the real issue.
So far the real issue can't be ascertained immediately, their refunds wouldn't kill us na so far there are no substantial immediate pointers to make one suspect buyer's cause,but karma is a bitch

I have had customers who broke their screens less than 24hours after purchase. You know indicting factory defect in such couldn't have been possible of course but then, some of them would still throw tantrum

Imagine someone who dropped his phone in a bucket of water for minutes. Removed it and continued to use it like dt as if nth happened till it went off on d 5th day. He had to be asked of any water contact before he narrated d water tour. He just claimed d phone has gone dead. He said Xiaomi was bad that he Sha didn't swim with it, even when he knew it wasn't ip68 rated. As if most other phones can survive for hours more after such assault.

We all improve everyday. I want to suggest that you have to clearly state how you handle after sales services issues. Some sellers clearly or indirectly indicate that the don't offer such services. That they only help buyers order and deliver the item. Checkout Jumia's Shipped from overseas bold clause on this, where they offer no warranty on such orders except goods that arrive defective.
