sexymj: even if you renew her passport before you submit it, as long as her visa has been approved on the old passport,: the visa duration she will be granted will be the length of validity on the passport number she used to initiate her application whose visa was approved. Say for instances the passport she used to apply will expire in 8mths time and along the line her visa got approved via online application and she now quickly renewed her passport before she sends her passport on request with the hope of having a longer passort duration in order to get a longer year visa validity; too bad applicants will only be granted 8mths visa validity based on the length of the passport whose passport number was used to initiate the application. 2 Likes |

OmoBendel24: Lol who told you it’s by queue? All my ppl here that applied for their parents to come over have gotten a response either positive or negative. Some applied 3 weeks ago. It’s way past the 38days wait time which was the expected duration as at the time I applied. Fingers crossed for next week |
Re: Canada Visit/tourist Visa Discussion. by OmoBendel24: 8:40pm On Nov 23, 2018 |
Adiahabasi: Lolz, and 38 days wasn’t the expected duration as at the time you applied, rather, it was the time it took them to process about “80%” of the applications treated just the previous week before you submitted. In all though, I think the London office that is mostly handling current applications “get their own for body”, 30 something days to 52 days and now this 73 days in just about three weeks oh! A letter I read from them to someone indicates however that they have a lot on their plate lately, and that that is mostly the cause of the delay/backlog.... 1 Like |

Chidom35:Statement of account, and you may share the opening and closing balance with us, if you like? Cover letter to explain the purpose of the trip and if you have any unusual deposits in your bank account? If you have any investment, you can add it. You don't need to book appointment. You didn't mention if you have any travel history. Good luck! |
