Icon4s: Your last statement is in line with my conclusion. I will disagree because both Iheanacho and Mikel are so much alike but one chose a different path after sitting a bench, where mikel succeeded was refusing the temptation to leave, I bet you also wanted him to much after MOU left in his first spell, because every one condemned Him(Mikel) to a permanent bench warming. The case of Nacho was a bad decision from the time on, even under guardiola he was still scoring goals in FA cup and also in few minutes he played in EPL, going to Leicester was a bad decision and has affected his confidence, this is so glaring even to the blind, we never needed Rhor to noticed this. |

sontoly: Going to Leicester was a good decision, would you expect a promising 19yr old to be in the bench where the coach would rather play a false nine than play him Iheanacho's problem at Leicester are self inflicted, ironically Puel chose to play a false nine in Demarai Gray than play Iheanacho against Liverpool Can you see that the problem is not far from the person of Iheanacho 1 Like |

Icon4s: i dont know what method of trainings, they used over there, nor do i know their konds of diet, but, have been observing thing from there since our once promising talents went there, from OBASI to chrisantus, recently osihem, and Balogun, its always one form of injury to another, what might be the problem then |

realpoacher: i know, and i knoe you too understands, that since balogun leave, he had not been unlucky with injury, wether during games on in training, remember, must times when ever he return from national duty, its an injury during training, or another, same with victor, training ground injury, since he when on loan, when was the last time you heard him injured even after national duty, he still come on to score for his club |

gamaliel9:nobody compares nacho with Martin. Most of y’all need to go back to primary school to learn comprehension. Somebody made a comment declaring Chukwueze as the best player to emerged from naija,.. elytes tried to debunked such statement citing that Martin and nacho did exceptionally better than Chukwueze when they were 19. So I nor know where you for hear say dem dey compare nacho and Martin?. You just want start another nonsense argument. Follow the discourse from the beginning before you jump enter. 4 Likes |

do4luv14: The EPL is the fastest, most competitive and physically intense league IMO. The Bundesliga is not as physical and or intense so it's relatively easier for technically proficient players to excel and stand out. A number of English players who have not been able to get game time in thier clubs. Have gone to the Bundesliga and ripped it apart. Ademola Lookman Reise Nelson Jaden Sancho Batshuayi So the idea the Bundesliga is not good development is simply not true. I have my suspicions that if KC had gone to the Bundesliga he would have progressed more positively. Jaden Sancho has been quite impressive in the Bundesliga for Dortmund so much so he was called up to the England squad. Surprisingly he is only 18, leaving Manchester city has proved a very wise decision. 1 Like 1 Share |

komekn: I agree with you But I can give you so many players from the Spanish league who could not get game time but they ripped the Epl apart also It's vice versa okay ,don't make it look like there is one thing special about the Epl The last time I checked bellerin could not make Barca first team but he is doing well at Arsenal 2005 fabregas could not make Barca first them Bt went to Arsenal to ripp the Epl apart . Epl is the most physical league but when it comes to Europe many of them fail ,west ham and Everton will always fail to beat a back water league team in Europa league ,so where is the physicality? Should I remind you of ravel Morrison who could not make it at lazio and was sent to a Seria B team ? Mind you Jordan Sancho was never competiting for game time at mancity he was not even in the mancity first team so please don't make it look like he was on guardiola bench before he joined Dortmund,do you know if he will impress if he was given a chance by Pep ? But that's almost impossible because mancity is star studded |

komekn: am not talking about generality, neither am i talking about competativness, what am saying and talking about is in direct propurtion about naija players, with the exception of balogun, but i cant rule him out entirely look at chinedu obasi, chrisantus macurley, victor osinhem, them look in the mirror and tell me if they will get injury, the ways they got them in germany, if they were to be playing in the EPL |
Re: "The Super Eagles Thread: The Road To AFCON 2025 And 2026 World Cup by andrew444(m): 11:44am On Nov 26, 2018 |
do4luv14: So now a league determines injury ? And joel obi is also injury prone at Italy I don't expect balogun to be injured at the Epl ,he had only started 2 games ,if balogun have gotten more starts I think he would have suffered injury Germany league does not determine injury okay Obasi injury woes started at the 2010 World Cup ,obasi was injury free at hoffienham What about Anthony Ujah ? I think for the past 4 season he is Nigeria player with the highest appearance in Germany but never injured . Bros Germany league no dey give injury abeg . |

komekn: Bravo! Bravo!! You think with this lengthy post of yours, you've done enough to wear me out? Think again. Listen, I've been here long enough to know your motives, I was once in your corner, but not anymore as you've become too boring and predictable. You've done a good job pointing out what Ajayi has failed to do 3-4 years ago and have succeeded in highlighting what Iorfa has done 3-4 years ago and no longer does. So, by this sorry logic of yours, we ignore a player seeing games for a player who's been totally frozen out of competitive football? Oga, I hail you. You said something about consistency, after his consistent run of games in the championship for 2-3 seasons, what next? No-one knows his whereabouts. You keep yapping about OPPORTUNITY, and I don't know if you've ever gotten to face the harsh reality that OPPORTUNITIES, won't stare you in the face for a lifetime. There was an opening for Iorfa to join in the team, he chose to say no at the time, whatever his reasons, I don't care. Had he said yes, I doubt if Ekong would be in the SE today. An Iorfa who doesn't play cannot be invited in place of an Ajayi that's not just playing but doing well, get that and stop being a cry-baby! And you're calling me a bigot and an hypocrite for calling your doible-standard asš out? For that, take am 3 Likes

andrew444: How many players have left Europe top league to rip the EPL apart❓ How many players have left the EPL to excel in the top leagues Of Europe❓ Ravel Morrison is a " Wasteman " this dude is one of most technicality gifted and skilful players ever. This guy had the capacity to be World class. But he is so indisciplined, no diligence, no focus just wants to party party and groove. He is a very good example of WASTED TALENT. A guy Alex Fergus said he has not seen a more gifted player. He is the Chair man of the WASTE MAN ASSOCIATION |

komekn: So david silva did not rip the epl apart? Leroy sane is not ripping the epl apart right? Best young player last season,He did better in the epl than the bundesliga A guy named michu who played for swansea,he have never scored 10 goals a season in his la liga career, when he went to the epl he scored 15 epl goals for swansea playing as an attacking midfielder Did juan mata not rip the epl apart? What about diego costa? Marcos alonso nko? An average player at fiorentina turned world class at chelsea, the highest scoring defender for the past 2 seasons in the epl Aiymeric laporte is too soon to mention,But are you watching him bossing the city defence? The list are too many of players from others league that ripped the epl apart You got me laughing on ravel Morrison...... Lol 3 Likes |
