Good afternoon sirs/mas.. a frd of mine received an offer letter from Phillips outsourcing as a Sales and Service executive (SSA) with Union Bank...asked to resume after under going necessary medicals and documentations... plsss he needs an advise from people already working with the bank/Phillips...he is aware of the salary....but needs to know the job security, job likes, expectation n other things... thanks... your response would be appreciated.....

Does he have any other option now or is he currently engaged in a business? If he doesn't have an option, he should take the job. I believe it will be a contract job, so he must not wait till they terminate the appointment before searching for better opportunities.

the job has no security.. worked as a DSA... buh they are patient when you don't meet up your target.. Don't let him take the job... my 2cents

Since he already has a job with almost same pay with Union bank; let him not take the job. Contract jobs in banks are slavery at its peak, no job security neither is there career path.

yesterday... he received a phone interview from union bank hr. later got a mail from Phillips for medical n documentation......[font=Lucida Sans Unicode][/font]
