You can create your EE profile if you have your IELTS results (without the trf). But you will need to upload the TRF in your application (i.e. after you get your ITA).
Hmmm, how will she now get the TRF ref no to include in her EE profile.. also, date of exam release? She needs to TRF to get these information.

However, she can start creating her EE profile without submitting it.

First time here and I have tried to read all the way from 2013 threads, it is really interesting.

The core question I am having is that how much in naira must one have to process all stages and land in Canada. All the way from international passport to the destination in Canada, how much in total as at 2018

One have to know the financial aspects then compare it to his financial status.

Thanks.
The estimate here is for a single person and each amount is +/- some thousands of naira.

International Passport - 30k
ECA - 100k
IELTS - 75k (multiplied by how many times you take it)
EE profile - 0
ITA - 0
PCC - 10k
Medicals - 45k
Studio 24 - 1.5k
Bank letters/notarizing deeds/miscellaneous - 10k
POF - 3.5M
Application fee/RPRF/Biometrics - 340k
VFS fee - 18k
Flight tickets - 400k

Mad money - 100k

Every amount up there increases as family size increases.
ECA can be as high as 300k depending on other factors.
So in total, approximately 5M

I hope, with these few points of mine, I have been able to convince and not confuse you, that one has to indeed know the financial aspects then compare it to his financial status.

For MOD, your TRF number is at the bottom of the page when you view your result online, use that for your profile. I don't know if its the same for BC

MrTeeo:

Trying to create my own profile. But it's asking for the certificate number. Can I just input my registration number. Then update it with the certificate post ITA.

Many thanks

[quote author=boco2126 post=73293040]On this IELTS issue...my two cents.

1. Stick to a FEW practice materials! The number of materials for IELTS that we see on a daily on this thread can be overwhelming. Try out only a few and stick to the one that resonates with you. Don't use ieltsliz, Jay, Cambridge, ieltsadvantage, road2ielts etc at the same time (some of these peope don't agree on the same approach and reading all can get really confusing). If you try one and it sits well with you, ditch others. Focus on that one and be a master of it. I almost got overwhelmed at some point, because l wanted to open every link or try every material l saw here. But l had to give myself brain oh...

Use the date the exam body told you the result was going to be released. I am assuming it was released same day.Your TRF date will differ from the online release date if you apply for a remark, partially why we don't encourage people to create a profile while still expecting their remark. And this was discussed few pages back

Hi. Can we just be nice to people (we do not even know) please and maybe empathize with them? This is a degrading comment and an insult to all those preparing to write their ielts or who are re-writing. Today is Monday, let's no spam the thread with unnecessary comments. And yes, you must not agree with the need to have a group, but you can read and waka pass...no need to be so rude.

Point out the insult.

2. Educators are generally in high demand across all provinces. For the "In-demand NOCs" per province, you need to check each province PNP site to see if Educator NOCs are listed.
Imarama:

Good Morning Nairalanders,

Thank you for this pool of information. I have studied previous threads as advised, I will appreciate referral to a thread/ anyone in the Education sector( Primary Teacher, School Administrator, Early Childhood Educator) who has processed PPR as a Principal Applicant. I will also appreciate suggestions on provinces with more demands for Educators.

Thank you.

Saskatchewan has early child educators and assistants.

Stage is inconsistent: On the site, it says you need PPR, but some poeple have registered with ITA, AOR and others when they tried they were asked for PPR/CoPR letter.
Jbelieve:
Please what is the link for registering for preparing for Canada and at what stage of the application can one apply? Or is it after PPR.

You can if you meet the CRS score cut-off. Use this link to simulate your points: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/crs-tool.asp

If you don't meet the cut-off, with your knowledge of French, you may also qualify for the PNPs of Manitoba, Ontario and New Brunswick.

Read through page 1 of the thread for more.

1. Google search shows so much options. https://www.google.com.ng/search?q=portuguese+certified+traslator+nigeria&rlz=1C1CHBF_enNG796NG797&oq=portuguese+certified+traslator+nigeria&aqs=chrome..69i57.32162j0j7&sourceid=chrome&ie=UTF-8. You can use it to narrow your search.

Alternately, you can call the Portuguese embassy to see if they can help out: (+234) 903 780 8670 or (+234) 703 117 0761.

2. If you got your reference letter in CIC format, other things are not needed, However, you may choose to add payslips, statement of account, etc.

3. I don't think so. But if you are still employed with the organization, I will recommend you get it as close to your AOR as possible.
dives:
Hello guys, please can someone recommend a certified translator for me? I want to translate my police report from Portuguese to English.

Also, does one need to add any additional documents to the reference letter? Like pay slips or the likes?

Does a reference letter have an expiration period such that it becomes invalid after a certain period of time?

Thanks guys

Use it for ECA or for employment?

For employment, I don't think it is relevant as long as you can provide proof of employment.

I am currently confused
I have over two years experience in a particular school and i got the remain one from where i worked before. My school is a school that is yet to be government approved as we are still working on it( you know to be govt approved you must meet certain criteria’s). Now, I intend to use the school bcus its where i have more experience. I want to know if this might be a problem.
