It really is so busy and I would suggest that it has some symmetry. Need to keep it simple.

Do you really need 3 toilets in 2 beds. You can have a master ensuite and then have the second double as a visitor toilet. If it’s not a high rent area then it really is a waste of resources.

Your plumbing cost will be astronomical due to layout and no of them.

2 of the kitchens are backing off one another and in an enclosure too not ideal and intrusive. Increases opportunity for theft.

Generally it just does not work for me he really can do better.

While u need a bigger size of granite for casting of oversight concretes, (German floor) retaining walls, concrete slabs in order to give u more strength .

By symmetry, do you mean all 4 units should have the same location of rooms? Currently, the middle units are the same, while the extreme units are also same. My understanding of symmetry means all 4 units will be the same, please correct me if I'm getting this wrong.

EDIT: I asked him already and it's an high rent area due to atleast 18hrs power supply. It might be worth it on the long run.

Yes you are correct re symmetry ie all four similar room position also you have to bear in mind your likely tenant type balancing some marital privacy against being close enough to the children. It’s necessary to have 2 entrances re kitchen just that you need to balance with safety concerns and creating an ambience that makes your investment a desirable hence very little voids.

Yes boss I havnt forgotten I postponed the finishing till I get back to Nigeria so no mistake is made so basically they are just working on the exterior,once I return will definitely link up I want us to pull off some crazy tile designs
