the build self get as e be, the cable clothing gets tangled up eventually, even the rubber parts will gv way later n u will end up seeing the wires exposed. with most kz, the stock cables are good enough, replacement is also cheap, and you can even decide to go wireless.

it did not drop, i removed it from d power source to check missed calls only to see that the fingerprint scanner no longer works, and i navigated to the settings to check only to discover its no longer there. have restarted it many times.

What version of MIUI 10 are you on? Mine is 10.0.4.0 and this issue became prevalent after I did my last update. That's why I believe it's a bug.

That particular option is missing on mine and that's one particular setting I always disable since from my days of redmi note 3.
