I just got an android phone,but unfortunately I can't brows directly from the in-built apps which is connected with Google.

Any time I tried it tells me "my diverse is not provisioned for data services".

i uninstall an app and reinstall it but it still takes me to the previous data from the app and i can't start afresh again. However even after uninstalling and reinstalling the app recognizes me,. Is there any way to stop android apps from recognising my device?

Hello, I advise you to continue using the phone like that because downgrading the phone back to version 7.0 may lead to hard-bricked.. But if you can take the risk of losing your phone, I can try to downgrade the phone for you; it may be successful.
