Okocha was pure talent but the choice of club and and some poor decisions left him under-utilize. He is undeniably unique and in his best form he could demolish any defender and make outstanding effect in a game. His style of play was very beautiful and creative. I understand you are trying to say he wasn't productive which I agree with you but I disagree if you mean he wasn't exceptional.
