I've gotten it but mine is 1.1GB possibly because I deliberately skipped the last 350MB update I got.
I ignored that update because of poor battery life somebody reported following that update. Now, I'm paranoid about this update too.

Not really actually, my bro updated to v9.5.8.0 after delibrately not updating for a long time cause of the fonts issue then, immediately after updating to that he was given v10 update and twas 1.4GB.

Currently I'm only seeing update for v9.5.10 and it's 1.3GB, only after I do that update will they now give me v10 which will still be another GB+
