When I saw the title, my interest piqued a bit until i started going through the thread. this is a devil-bashing thread is it not, it would actually help if the contributors have historical, archeological and chronologically recorded information about the subject using not only religious texts and documentary evidence, but also information from "experts" in the field.

I wish to share an experience on the importance of prayer at night. While you sleep God really saves us from harm. But how would I know God saves me while i sleep at night.

Well, HE SHOWED ME HOW THIS PARTICULAR NIGHT.. Listen..

I was just about 12/13yrs old then. I usually slept on the same bed with my elder sister back then.
One very night, I was too tired I forgot to pray.
I was sleeping close to the wall, this was about 4am. I was half asleep & half awake when I saw somthing like lightning from heaven rushing down to the ground. Then a loud voice said.. Here comes Angel Michael, the Archangel......'

All of a sudden I heard a loud thud on the bed!
I turned away from the wall to see what it was behind me. It was a dead rotten corpse, it looked like a woman or demonic spirit, it was black and looked burnt.
I felt too sleepy, so I ignored it and turned back to sleep again.
But I heard another thud on the bed. This time it looked like a man, looked burnt, ugly, black just like the first one. I ignored it again. I felt too sleepy.

The I heard the last thud again as the bed shook. I was confused. It was another spirit/demon again lying in the same state like the other two.

Then I looked across the room & met the gaze of a very handsome Angel. He had a sword drawn in his hand and there was blood stain on the sword. He had golden hair, like a blonde. He was wingless. He was just dressed in a white shining robe, his face smooth and shining, with a blood stained sword stretched out in his hand. He looked young, like 26yrs old.

Then He said what I'll never forget till the day I die.

He said 'BEHOLD, YOU HAVE OVERCOME THEM'!

I love dogs a lot. We all do in my family. However, it baffles me that this is one animal that torments me in my dreams.

I always dream about dogs (local breed) but in a bad way. My dreams about dogs always go like this...

I'm walking on the road, 2 to 3 dogs appear from nowhere. They want to attack me, they stand in my way (they don't move though just block me). I get scared and wake up immediately. One thing that is common about these reoccurring dreams is that, it is never a chase dream but one of an attempt to attack in which I find myself waking immediately out of fear of that they would.

But yesterday, I had this dream again only that it was slightly different. There were two of them. A smaller dog and a bigger dog.

Now, the smaller dog attempted to attack me first. It was staring at me maliciously, I stared right back with a kind of authority I didn't know I had (I wasn't scared, unlike the other times that I'd be), following which it backed down. Then the bigger dog took charge. Stared at me maliciously in the same vein, charged at me and entered into my body. Immediately, I woke up, felt my body shake (like a tremor, simultaneously followed by body weakness). This lasted no more than 5 secs. Then I slept back.

CharlyG1, anybody.. what would you say about this? This bothers me.

My question is, why would a dog enter me? One would expect it to attack by way of biting. Why would it enter me to the extent that I felt a physical tremor and weakness when it did.

Let me share my experience with paranormal activities.



Right from my undergraduate days, i have always felt there is something wrong with me but i couldn't figure out what it was. The devil blinded me spiritually, so i was unable to tell what my problem was even though i knew i wasn't normal. God started showing me somethings in the dream but because i was carnally minded, i didn't even understand the dreams, so i just waved them aside. In some occasions i approached some men of God to help me interpret these dreams but they interpreted them wrongly. I only discovered recently that they have been interpreting the dreams wrongly.

Please be careful who you ask to help interpret your dreams

In one occasion, i even went to one church for deliverance. It was a four days deliverance program, on the night of the third day i dreamed that i was at the back of the church. I saw this snake that has been tormenting, it looked very small and was sleeping. I wanted to kill it but one mind asked me to leave it. So i left it and entered inside the church. While in the church i looked back and saw that the snake was getting bigger it got so big, turned to a masquerade, climbed over the church and left. After this dream, i went to the church the next day for final deliverance, i wanted to see the pastor personally but he refused seeing me even though he told me previously to see him.
After this deliverance my problems went from bad to worse.


When i found Christ, i started praying to be delivered from whatever was afflicting me. I was praying based on the dream interpretations i was given, i prayed for months but i saw no change, instead things were getting worse.

Ask Jesus sincerely to help you.
Kill Self which is pride in you. Pride has so many offsprings which manifests in diverse ways. If you can identify them and pull them out like unwanted weeds, Victory is sure.


Read the Word and do what it has to do.

It's been awhile since the deliverance, i still face different battles but at least i now know what the problem is.
The tingling sensation has reduced drastically. I still perceive the stench once in awhile, when am alone in the house. I know it's a demon.
I can now put my feet on the bare floor. I have also noticed some significant changes in some other areas.
I no longer see the black crow on the roof.

They still do all soughts of things to scare me. Some weeks back, i had a very terrible nightmare. I woke up and checked the time and it was midnight. I just laid down on the bed and prayed, one mind told me to stand up and pray. I stood up and started praying, immediately i heard the noise of the crow on top of my roof, i continued praying, it flew out and was making a very terrible sound as it was flying. I continued praying till i could no longer hear the sound. I went back to bed and had another nightmare, i woke up again to pray and the time was 4pm, as i started praying, i started hearing the noise of this bird again. I continued praying till it flew away, making the sound as it was flying.
They will do everything to discourage you and doubt if God is really answering your prayers. They will haunt you so that you will get scared and stop praying but don't stop no matter what.

Am only sharing this experience to help some other persons who might be planing on going for a deliverance. I know that the testimonies and experiences shared here have helped me a lot, so it will be selfish of me not to share mine.

So if you are planning on going for a deliverance, Just know that after the deliverance you still have battles to fight. The devil will fight you with everything, including temptations, make up your mind before you go and get involved with the things of God more it really helps.

Though am not a member of mfm, i go for their weekly activities and this has helped me a lot.

Some of your problems might not automatically disappear after the deliverance, some of mine have not disappeared. Just keep praying and believing that God is able to do all things.
