Hardwood flooring tiles are used for flooring in the U.S. It is simply layers of plywood that are glued together in some cases.(Not sure if it is in Nigeria, but I know in Primary School we were told plywood is gotten from Sapele).
Laminate flooring tile on the other hand, is simply a image or picture of wood that is glued to a fiberboard or plank. Laminates nowadays look and feel like real wood, but it is just a high quality picture of the real wood.

Hardwood are very durable but cannot be installed in bathrooms or areas of high humidity because they can warp. Laminates can be installed almost anywhere.

Yes, when we were primary school children AT&P in Sapele produced plywood. Now we import a lot of what we use. I wonder which, if any, company produces plywood in Nigeria today.

As children, we had hardwood flooring at home. Each Saturday, the steward would go down on all fours, apply polish to the floor and then shine it with the cut edge of a dry coconut husk. Watching him do it established the limits of my love for parquet floors. I'm sure there must be more modern ways of achieving the same effect though.

DIY is fun and I have participated in a DIY house re-painting.

With that quote (doesn't look cheap to me) I would rather go the DIY route.

My pals and I (3 in number) helped one of us re-paint his house (4 rooms interior).

I personally repainted my living room in one day with leftover paints I bought from Gbadexy January, 2016.

It's what you really want sha. Painting to me especially repainting is not a highly skilled labour...just understand the tips to avoid rollover markings.

The one I was told that price, the frame looks like that white tower standard material.
I can't say what type of aluminium panel was used inside.

we used tower frame and decurve materials for inner, water proof panel for inside,

2. the type of roofing sheets you are using

3. Your own propose vertex or king post or height of your roof

4. State if you are using pop in all your interiors because of the ceiling noggin
