Function-based? Not aware of this as I didn't go through such process/stage but looking at it, it should be a test based on the role u applied for

I went for an interview at the head office, Nd we were told there will be a second interview, pls wat should we expect?.
Also, how long will it take before they get back to us?

The function based is more mathematical questions without the use of a calculator and shorter minutes.. This test is done for those needed in special roles. It is not CBT. it is written and you have to show workings

How come many people are being invited for this UBA but from my own side as if my village pple is at work.. God please where are u? Av been applying since January at their site.nit even an invite for test. i dont think so. A friend of mine submitted to head office and despite receiveing it, she was told to apply online. One man brought his file to the house branch and i was there when his file was rejected that he should apply online. Just keep applying and hoping

check if there is vacancy for the area you are applying to before applying

That might be because it's at head office, during my TS 90% submitted via branch(atleat those that I asked)

I tried submitting at a branch ( palmgrove), a guy just walked up to me and said I should submit online. I guess you have to know someone who can help you submit.
I plan on going again though.

Applied on Dec 8 online but have not gotten any invite from UBA. Please who is/are in similar shoes here

Best case then, submit online and @ branch especially if u have someone working in the bank to help you with it.
