That's just one of the early stages of keloids/bumps.
When bathing ensure you hard scrub it with your sponge to open the surface.
Then disinfect it with hot water.
Apply methylated spirit.
You can do that religiously till you notice changes.

You can also apply your toothpaste(close up herbal or dabur herbal) after the disinfect with hot water.


If it pass this stage, there are only 2 different treatments(native and foreign) that I can vouch for that's effective treatment and its quite expensive expensive.

That rash is called Folliculitis.

You are prone to Keliod scar formation, and so is everyone in your family as it is genetic. My advice to you is that you DONT do anything that will cease a lession on your head.

Don't worry about that scar on your head, trying to make it go away will increase it. Barb your hair in places where the clipper is sharp or buy a personal clipper and let them sharpen the blade.

Be comfortable with your scar knowing that it could be worse. And it will be, if you disturb it.

Go and see a doctor ASAP
