1. provide structured loans designed for cattle rearers so they can borrow & make investments in ranches;


2. expand the irrigation system up north so that more desert lands can be recovered, because in the long term, the conditions up north are still best suited for cattle rearing;


3. invest on a agric rail system designed to connect key agric settlements from north to south. this will ease movement of agric goods & solve other food stock transport problems;
