Here are my two questions for you;
1) Since you just graduated, are you serving already?
2) If your certificate won't be ready by next year when the Chinese universities will resume,you won't be allowed to enrol even if you get the scholarship using your notification of result(and unless you graduated from a private uni I don't think getting your certificate by next year September is feasible)

Guy you don't need to be told with the analysis you did. I wasn't having this information last year, mehn! I paid ¥270+ for my excess load from Beijing to my city which is beside Changchun.

Hello visa applicants,,please make sure you go to the embassy with the right documents while going for your visa interview ,it is one thing to have fewer but right documents, it is another thing to have bulky but irrelevant documents..getting visa is not the matter of bulky and compilation of documents.(my interview taught me this) ..prepare yourself..

It's not possible, and besides its illegal - with straight deportation after detention coupled with 5 years ban.

Yes you can apply with statement of result.
Are you going for PhD or Msc?

You can use statement but you will have issues when authenticating your results at the ministry of education. you can only authenticate when you have your transcript. So don't make that mistake unless you're sure of getting either of them before your processing time. Cos i faced same issue too....
NB: I will write full details of my experience when I'm done........
