For instance, a lady knows in a specific dark corner in street have some bunch of hooligans who are ready for a catch or ready to tease and abuse a lady at a particular time in the night,and this place is well known to all for its bad vibes, but this lady(seemingly strong willed, but foolish) knowing all these still goes ahead hoping on luck that she will get home unscathed, but unfortunately for her she get abused by these hooligans.
Now honestly answer this question:who will you put the blame on first:
The lady or the hooligans?
But every sensible person would but naturally blame the lady for not taking to precaution.
You don't take risk which you clearly know the odds don't favour you.
Similarly, every lady with an atom of sense would not put themselves in harm's way simply because she is a female.
You don't take risk and blame the factors that forewarned you.

Who was talking about child rape?
You should focus on the specifics not dragging issues which are though related, but separate from the point of focus.
If we are discussing rice don't bring beans to the topic. You should focus of the topic which perception and abuse of women vis-a-vis respect.

Child rape is a different subject entirely from this one.

Do I support women being raped?.never!
But do women contribute to this abuse? Yes.
And we can reel out many contributory factors to show this.
The way they dress.
Where they go to.
Who they move with.
