yesterday,no specific CBT date,but they said they will let us know from next week Monday,that we shd b preparing for the test.

why?

I hope the pay is fair enough because their marketing executive package was nothing too write home about. no salary in this modern age only commission based which could range from 30k-50k. transportation on individual.

This is the first time leadsway is recruiting graduate trainees so I'm not sure if anybody will have a clue on the nature of the test.

The test is CBT. You can even do it on your phone, provided it is reliable. As for the format, it's 90% likely to be disc personality test.
Check online for free practice questions, and don't be conned to pay any sum for past question.
