This is what happens when meat is prioritized over grains, as they remain the affordable & healthiest form of proteins and essentials. With the added flooding, food crisis was inevitable. All this was predicted early 2017, but leaders chose to turn a blind eye. |

TheGreenLand: Oga, shut your idiotic mouth up! You claimed Buhari is working, yet malnutrition is hitting Nigeria. If food production has increased according to your lies, should there be anything like malnutrition in any part of Nigeria? 5 Likes |

They should hold their governor and parents responsible. The governor is still supporting the man that brought untold hardship and thus malnutrition on them and on this nation. |

TheGreenLand: And more northerners will die of hunger.. Hahahahahaha. U see, northerners aren't blessed to be mentally rugged as we are down here in the south.. If no b southern Nigeria, northern Nigeria would av turned into land of vulture. They are everywhere in the south doing stupid jobs. I see them, a lot of the sleep under the bridge. They beg me for money daily, hahahahaha. I love them. They make life easier for us. We don't care o. They have been ruling Nigeria and diverting funds for their own needs.. On election day they will still vote for their northern criminal elites.. We also have criminals here in the south. However, God gave an average southern the spirit to hustle and survive. 2 Likes |

TheGreenLand: You are one of the reasons I decided voting Buhari is the best option for Nigerians like you. The sufferings, poverty, malnutrition and hunger have no tribe, religion or race. Buhari will use the next level of sufferings to reset your brain including those malnourished people who will vote him again. You think you get sense, I will help you complete get the cycle of evil you wish Nigerians to suffer until uprising becomes the next alternative |

Haaa. Ahn ahn. This is worrisome. Poor children. North kwa? Where food is supposed to be bountiful. What could have happened? I'm very puzzled. This is a disturbing piece of news. Malnutrition kwa? N'enu kita? In this day and age? Is there a war there that the rest of the country hasn't heard about. There were reported cases of flood across the country so I doubt it should be that it destroyed crops to that magnitude since such hasn't been attributed in any other region, yet. Or was there and it wasn't broadcast? This is concerning and really bad. Chukwu zoba umu ya. |
