If any parts of the iPhone has been replaced or repaired before, and you upgrade it, it will cause it to happen,because the upgrade is linked to the hardware. Try resetting it and see if it works.

mine wrkd with only Bluetooth earpiece.. Its a hardware issue, apple shop charged 15k, my guy did cheaper elsewher but the problem came bck. Sold mine like that
