Please I have a HP laptop. When I switch it on it boots normally but when it's time to input password, the screen gets dim and eventually goes blank. I input my password anyway despite the blank screen, and then the backlight comes back on. But whenever I try to play a video it goes blank with only the audio playing

Please any body that has a good software that can unlock this ZTE Visa phone modem should help me out

Hello Dear Gurus in the House, Please help me out, My Windows 10 PC starts every morning with my resolution intact for a Little while before it becomes extended that I cannot see my battery, Networks and any other thing at the right side of my screen and also draw some parallel black lines at the Middle I've tried changing the resolutions and some times it disappears sometimes it doesn't I want to know if its a Hardware or a Software problem please and how to come about it please. A screen shot of the screen with the problem is attached below.

How good is your network? You can get driver pack 17,all Net framework are there for you to install.

It might be a software or hardware issue, first of all update your display adapter driver in device manager, if problem persist then you have to change your screen.

I checked and saw that the drivers are updated.

I don't want to believe that it's network because I downloaded some files with same network.

I will try and get the driver pack 17.

I updated my windows defender then I scanned it and also smadav antivirus, but after scanning instill can't open the documents

If you just bought a laptop and it developed fault within 1 week, the best option is to take it back to the seller.
