But Matuidi and Kante also need Pogba for his creativity. In my post, I gave condition for him to start, and that's by deploying him alongside 2-3 workaholics who are good at ball recovery and pressing. At United, Mourinho's mistake is playing Pogba along immobile men like Matic and Fellaini, we could do with a diamond midfield of Herrera at the base, Fred as RCM, Pereira at LCM and Pogba as the tip of the diamond supplying Rashford and Martial with the passes they need.
This system tho requires flying fullbacks and with Shaw and Dalot developing fast, it is possible.
