Nobody knows their pattern for reviewing our application. I applied on the 20th too and my application changed from Application received to under review yesterday while a friend of mine applied at a later date and got his application under review on Tuesday last week. I'm with surname 'C' and my friend own is 'M'. We should all feel relax and pray for the best...

Some truth in this, however, be wary of this guy. He was, or still is, popular in the DPR thread with different variants of this moniker.

Exxonmobil would never use candidates' residence as a selection criterion. As a matter of fact, in their last major recruitment in 2012, they had test and interview centres in UK and North America. This ensures wider coverage to select the best candidates.

Mobil often takes up to 2/3 months after application deadline before inviting candidates for tests. So, you guys have a whole lot of speculation and projection to make, otherwise relax and wait.
