komekn: If you have checked me well in this thread I have always called Sadiq a below average player ,even when many guys are hyping him I have always tell them that this guy haven't played up to even 30 career games But Gerard didn't give the boy a chance then why take him on loan ,this boy have been having a good season in a better league than Scotland How can umar Sadiq play 1 Scottish premier league game for about 6 months. Read my lips ,now I know why el hadji diouf hated Gerard ,he is a racist just like his partner in crime carragher |

charlesemeka85: Actually a few EPL clubs put in a formalised bid for him but his club rejected the offers. Like I always say no matter the league you are in be the stand out player. That's why he can go from league one to EPL, meanwhile someone will say he is too low for the SE. Is it when he blows that you will recognise him, as Nkem say " Know me when Im poor " you can see potential and potential is already in this case revealed its not rocket science. 1 Like |

andrew444:Hmmm can you say he's racist if he wants Dominic Solanke to replace him?? And isn't Sadiq getting benched by some Nigerian kid too? |
Re: "The Super Eagles Thread: The Road To AFCON 2025 And 2026 World Cup by komekn(m): 9:55pm On Dec 13, 2018 |
andrew444: Do you know Gerard personally ❓ You have birthed that proposition from your negative prejudice. Sadiq Umar was simply, VERY POOR l said this probably a year ago or at least 7/8 months ago and my deduction was that he would struggle in League one. Some of you rubbished my observations as HATE. With regards to your allegation not true. Not only do l know Gerard l also know some of the back room staff, it's simply not true. Probably in January he will bring in Solanke and what will you say. Meanwhile he brought in Oviemuno from Liverpool and others black players. So sorry that's Balderdash. |

andrew444: Its quite funny that you will be accusing Gerrard of being racist based on some things Diouf said... Apart from Diouf, can u mention any other player to ever accuse Gerrard of racism? Its funny how we are quick to scream racism from the whites when things don't go well for us with them... That was how some Nigerians were accusing Guardiola of being racist because he kept Iheanacho out of his team at city.. I'm not really a fan of Sadiq cus of his performance at the Olympics but I celebrated his move to rangers cus I expected great things from him. Leaving rangers isn't the end for him.. he can still join another club and pull himself up... |

6 clubs have pulled out of the proposed NNL super 8 tourney. The feud between the NNL and the LMC could result in further delay in the resumption of the league.... It all started from the Dalung,Giwa and Pinnick fight. . |

BascoVanVeli: That won't be good... The LMC shouldn't have excluded he NNL from their discussion to end the league earlier than usual... it's unprofessional.... Both league bodies ought to work together.. I hope the resolve the issue.... cus if they don't,the NNL will suffer for it... some sponsors might pull out... |

Danielnino00: Lol I will not call pep a racist because of nacho ,if I call pep a racist I will do so because of Samuel eto and yaya toure Barca days ,pep sold eto to inter millan and added money to get zlatan who does that ? He was successful at Barca for anyone to see anything about that But if I may remember Seydou keita of Mali was one of the player guardiola love most Yes leaving rangers is not the end I know ,he is just 21 so there is much time I am calling carragher a racist because as a pundit if an English player makes some mistake he will never criticize him but he will do such for others nationality ,Alberto Moreno has always been the scape goat for many criticism despite that klop love him so much ,any match Liverpool losses fingers are pointed to Alberto Moreno. What about balotelli time at Liverpool ? Yes I know he flopped but he was never loved at Liverpool from day one ,make I no talk much abeg 1 Like |

Utonwanne: The EPl or Scottish whatever does really suite latin American players.... few who are physical can survive it...unlike Italian and Spanish league where they thrive best...i think Sadiq Umar falls into their class...he is not kpim-kpim-kpim type of footballer....he succeeded in Holland and even Italy to an extend....his football is more at ease with less show of physicality 1 Like |

Danielnino00: One thing l can say about Diouf is that he was highly indisciplined but still a very good player. But on and off the field he was indisciplined. Yes players do enjoy themselves, but Diouf carried it too far, not focused and always getting into unnecessary contention with multiple women and other issues. He also lacked wisdom and diplomacy in inter personal relationships with other players. Put simply attitude problems. I suspect Gerard may have told him to be serious and reprimanded him about his behaviour. Diouf is not a guy that takes correction easily. |

tbaba1234: When a boy who just turned 17 in September is the stand out player against men, in his second professional game. You can not easily ignore that. Add to that voted MOTM by Skysports, I wonder what his value is now. Finally, this boy looks like a 14 year old real small boy. |

gamaliel9: I said this about him ages ago. And I was accused of belittling and downgrading our Nigerian born youth players. That l hate all things Nigerian born, etc, etc. I guess those kind of deduction are made by misguided fans in thier fanaticism they lose sight of rationality. 1 Like |
