The test is CBT. You can even do it on your phone, provided it is reliable. As for the format, it's 90% likely to be disc personality test.
Check online for free practice questions, and don't be conned to pay any sum for past question.

I have tried some free DISC personality tests and it's helpful thanks.

You probably didn't get the right message in the first mail.. They just said it's CBT.

They sent a second mail yesterday, informing us that we can take the CBT anywhere, at our own convenient locations... Which means it's a direct online test.

I called them today and they were like I the test will be on from today through to Friday. According to her, they will send all invitees a link via which we will access the test. I don't know why I haven't heard of anyone that has received because I also haven't received.

Let's just relax and be PRAYERFUL. Someone I called now made me to understand that they want to screen out some candidates before sending the test link to selected ones. They received a little above 9,000 applications.
