Christianity itself promotes unison and like-mindedness, it's the self-acclaimed Christians that have made these separations to exist among themselves, and this is due to the diverse understanding of what is written in the Bible. This is why different doctrines abound in Christianity, and thus, different denominations are formed. That's why the popular Christian saying goes: know God and His word for yourself. So in essence, Christianity isn't a confusing and fruitless "religion" , it's the so-called believers that have made it seem like one. Know God for yourself and seek proper understanding of His word.

There is just one Christian group out of all the religions claiming Christians globally so it's you who needs to figure out which one otherwise you're joking with your own future!

You need to understand what that symbolic term "BODY" means first.

To know why not consider your own body then try to figure out how your body functions in its different parts yet working towards one goal.

Your Christianity is founded on Catholic roots. The latter is the hybrid joke created from the former, both of them are jokes nonetheless.

All children of the same father can keep claiming childship of that father while having different opinions of the same father. Is that the basis for division in a family?

All christians are in different stages of the knowledge of God. And as a result of different levels of knowledge, there are denominations. Each denomination grows leaving previous doctrines behind and begin to align with new doctrines as new lights unfold. For example, most of what Baptists, Anglicans, Methodists, etc rejected in pentecostal doctrines years ago are now being accepted as scriptural truths. They now believe in virtually the same things because of new lights.

There's no division among the children of God. Even though we may differ in doctrines due to varying degrees of knowledge. We love one another as brethren and see ourselves as being one body in Christ. So there's CAN as well as the the PFN. These are Christian Bodies where the body of Christ come together as one in spite of doctrinal differences.

While you may see sunni and shite Muslims fighting and killing each other as a result of division in their midst, you cannot see such in Christiendom. All religions having various sects fight violently among themselves but not Christians because we are one even though we may have differing opinions about certain things we read in the Bible.

The truth is different religions claiming they are Christians so if you're sincerely interested in knowing the truth all you need to do is figure out what is Christianity first then it will be easy for you to distinguish between Christians and false religions claiming Christians.

To illustrate imagine different individuals each holding a different currency and all of them calling it $100 surely you will say dollars is worthless if you don't know how a hundred dollars looks like!
