I wondered that too, was most uncomfortable with the fact that the money will be non refundable. But Dr X hasn't asked for any down payment from me so far.
?

Please can you give details about the doctor and hospital. Most doctors have contacted declined international patient.

you are right but you can also pay online which I advise since it is working now. I have heard of people that had it rough because their cards did not work at POE. You may want to have a US based card to be sure.

Ok. What’s the website for the payment please?

I submitted a visa application for Renewal under drop box but got a 212G form when I went to pick up my passport. I was required to reschedule a visa appointment which was supposed to be in February 2019. But all of a sudden I was moved to a weekend in October 2018.
I attended the interview and was accused of lying about reasons for procuring my original US visa. No documentation was requested from me by the interviewing officer. He just said he didn’t believe me and then he gave me the blue 214b slip and the 212(a)(6)(C)(i) Material Misrepresentation.
I have read about the 212 Material Misrepresentation and it carries a lifetime ban. I have approached an immigration lawyer to write to the consulate and this has been done… but the US consulate has not responded.
I am a law abiding citizen who notified the US consulate in writing well beforehand that I would be traveling to the US to have a baby and I paid all my bills.
Does anyone know what I can do to get a solution as I believe I am the victim of discrimination, erroneous and arbitrary determination that I have made a material misrepresentation to the US government.
I think u have to try and remember how ur interview went
What u filled in your form
Your place of work salary etc that your wrote there
It might not necessarily mean that you had a baby
I know a few who lies about been preg they where not given a ban just denial
Pls check urself hopefully the immigration lawyer write up yields results

That statement is not Correct!

I am speaking from an angle of experience. Please check with others who got Can PPR. Or enquire on the CIC website.

Yes, Please.

US citizens do not need PPR because they don't need a visa to travel to Canada. When you receive a PPR, only your child passport photo will be requested. Then you'll get the COPR.

Please Google it if in doubt.

What do you mean by PPR? cos as a US citizen, you will be issued a COPR and a Permanent Resident card. US Citizens may not need visa to visit Canada but you need a COPR/PR card to live in Canada permanently.

Good day house. Please I’m confused with this whole visa in arrival thing. Thought we are just meant to send an email with baby’s details and a confirmation wil be sent back. Then we pay in Nigeria upon arrival. Is there another way someone is meant to do it?
Hello. I see you sent me a PM but I've not been able to open my mail. Can u send me your email address or ask your question here?

Hi @Anitaamich, i am in the same circumstance.

How did your interview go?

Anitaamich:
Good evening house, please my interview is next week and I will be attending alone without my husband. I have an issue I’m facing now and I need your suggestions. I want to attend the interview with my husband’s personal account statement only, he made a lump transfer into the account this week though the transfer was from his company account. My questions are;
1. Will a lump transfer a week before my interview hinder my chances of getting the visa?
2. Should I highlight the lump transaction on the account statement and further explain to the VO that it’s from my husband’s company account when he/she asks for the statement or I should just keep quiet about it?

Thank you!

A friend’s friend applied for drop box and was called for interview last month but was denied due to the fact that her bill wasn’t up to $10k. This will be her 3rd child. I just felt for the lady. God help us with this new rules at the embassy
