I want to assume you are not exactly a noob since you found a way to flash a recovery, but that should still not deter you from reading and understanding those steps very well before you start.

Note: there are three(3) options below on the Miflash interface: 1, Clean all; 2, Clean all and lock; 3, Save User data. Ensure you don't thick the "Clean all and lock" option, because if you do, your bootloader will be relocked. Choose "Clean all" instead, provided you've done proper backup of your data.i.e syncing of notes, contacts and messages to MiCloud; and manual backup of your photos and media.
I will advise you find a way to manually backup just the apk of user apps, don't backup their data. This will ensure the apps won't have conflict with the new rom.

Ps: make an exception for apps like whatsapp that their data can be very important.

Untracked parcels takes a lotta time.... No one can tell you when it will arrive; you just have to wait for the PO People to call you.

As for bank statement and card pictures, it's normal. I did that once; it's just a random security check.

lolz, pocofone doesnt have same specs as samsung note 9, it has SIMILAR specs,
note 9 has a multifunction stylus, note 9 camera am certain blows pocofone out of the water too
am certain there would be other differences, the stylus and the app that comes with it..to me is the game changer
i think comparing pocofone f1 with oneplus 5 or 6 would be a beta comparism
