Of course, the only reason they have the audacity to say that is because they still consider us slaves. And with the unenlightened president we have at present, they'll want to us this opportunity to the max. This is why you don't have to pity any British that say he/she got scammed. Everything that country is worth is a product of theft and thuggery over many centuries past, and they believe it was the right thing to do. Note: During the 1977 FESTAC, Nigeria loaned some of our artefacts from Britain at about £500,000. 4 Likes 2 Shares |

Nigerian Artefacts protesting in UK and US museums; According to history, not only us (the artefacts) were stolen from Nigeria, many black men and women were kidnapped from Nigeria sold to slavery across America and Europe too, it's so funny to hear black men that have been staying away from home glamouring that they wants only the artefacts to go home, NO we cannot take that, this is highly sentimental. we have been living in a luxurious museum far better than that dirty one in our country Nigeria besides their Government here has been so responsible and taking good care of us. thank God, we were able to find our way out of that hell in Benin, tell those Mumu journalists to stop writing about us if not we're going to possess their children. Tell Nigeria Government we're not coming home coz it's good to be here. May thunder fire our brothers in the Benin Museum saying we should come and join them in that dirty museum that has no plasma TV, air condition and electricity. If they really want to force repatriate us to our home, they must do the same to every black man here because we came together and we must leave here together............ If you're reading this, pls don't blame me yet try and answer this question first; if your brother or sister or your dad or mum or your dog is in Europe or America, would you have wish they return to this hell. If your answer is YES, go and appeal to your village witches to forgive you coz they've long seized your consciousness |

They should be left abroad where they are valued, then maybe a part of the money made from them can be sent to Nigeria. If brough back to Nigeria , we won't value them. They'll just lay idle. One group of Christians can just wake up and destroy them calling them demonic. 2 Likes |

ultron12345: It's ours. It's ours. Whether we mismanage it or not, is up to us. If they had any decency, they'd at least have been paying royalty (no pun intended). Do you really think if Nigeria sent agents to steal the crown jewels from London, they'll let us display it boldly at Onikan? 2 Likes |

Those artifacts are better where they are. I see no reason bringing them back to Nigeria where they will not be cared for or stolen and re-sold back to the British. 1 Like |

BornnAgainChild:ýyyyy Let me educate you a little. Those ancient status are works ancient artistic expertise that are highly valuable in museums around the world. These European museums make millions of dollars and pounds yearly from people and tourist who visits those places yet they don't pay royalties of any form to our country or the Benin Kingdom that owns it. |
