I'm not sure it's weekly!

I don’t understand these Stanbic IBTC people anymore.

I redeemed part of my fund last week Wednesday. Then after some minutes ,I remembered I needed more .
Then I made another redemption. Both were deducted from my MMF account .
And I got only one of the redemptions,which was the second one I did in my bank account on Friday . Which was two days later . I mailed them that day to complain, they acknowledged my mail , no response.
I mailed them again earlier today . No response still .
I’m getting pissed

I rang them today, they said the delay is due to network issue since last week Thursday, affecting SOME redeemed fund but it should be rectified today for payment to be paid
I hope they will keep to their words . It is over 5 days now that i initiated an online redemption

Wow! I did mine on Wednesday.

Don’t do it .
You will get approximately 500 naira as interest if you invest 50k for 30 days .

2. I prefer bank transfer as the charge on interswitch will take almost 20days for me to make as interest

No MMF is the best. Each of them has one advantage over the other. Try any of stanbic, Axa, sfs, i-one, NDIF etc

Not really. There must be a 5,000 minimum balance. Except of you want to close your account completely. This is for Stanbic MMF
