2. The four towers to the left are all topped out, look at the helipad deck-like structure on top. That's the final roof slab. The two towers to the right are still not yet topped out though they'll be the tallest. That makes the total number of topped out towers on the complex 4.

3. Upper Hill chambers and One Africa are skyscrapers. These buildings are huge my friend. Look at how one Africa dwarfs Delta Towers which are quite tall structures in their own way. Can't compare this to your 19 floor CBN tower in Lagos.
